台北市擬於12月推出北市觀光巴士，台北市長柯文哲今天表示，外國觀光客相關消費可讓北市撈不少錢，全力支持政策推行，但觀傳局的計畫一堆漏洞，整體規劃內容管太多很失敗，他說，「要多聽人家意見，不要自己發明」，可以把業者都叫來問，建議是否可用競標方式，還可收權利金。
台北市觀傳局今天報告指出，國外雙層巴士可望在北市上路，北市擬於12月推出北市觀光巴士。不過，由於雙層巴士採購時間不及，第一階段將先採低底板公車過渡，明年再改換雙層巴士，將行經士林官邸、101和敦南誠品等29站，營運班距為每30分鐘1班，初估營運車量為8輛。
為鼓勵業者經營，觀傳局說，首階段將補助新台幣1237萬元，第二階段再補助2651萬元，目前票價仍在研議，可能將採分段收費方式。
柯文哲表示，他支持觀光巴士政策，但規劃內容管太多，從頭到尾都要花錢補助，這樣的規劃「註定失敗」，為何不用競標方式，還可收權利金。柯文哲建議，白天、晚上路線應分開，票價可採1、3、7日券方式，比較符合觀光客需求；另外，車上導覽員要拿掉，因為不可能一個人什麼語言都會說。
